While the renderings were used throughout multiple traditional touchpoints, the animation complimented the team’s digital and social strategy, allowing potential buyers the opportunity to explore the entire development from the comfort of their devices.
Aside from public outreach, empowering sales agents to help sell virtually was imperative. With this in mind, we developed a web-based VR platform that allowed sales agents to walk potential buyers through their future home. The VR was integrated within the sales team’s online sales platform, providing the visual experience needed to drive decisions and close deals.
